Company Mode is the fix. You build the signature once, lock the brand elements, colours, logo and layout, and share one link with your team.

Each person opens the link, types in their own name and number, and copies it into Outlook. They can't change the font or swap the logo. You get consistency without chasing anyone.

You can also set a PIN if you want to make sure no one unlocks the settings by accident.
